  If I could give this a zero I would. I took my computer (Dell XPS15) here a few months ago and after paying $149 for a diagnostic they told me that I needed a new hard drive for my computer, which they didn't sell. So I went on Amazon and bought a new hard drive and decided to use Amazon's computer tech service. Turns out that my hard drive was completely fine; the real issue was a bad Windows update. So, for the love of God...never ever take your computer here. They will overcharge you and lead you astray....you are better off finding a local computer shop to resolve your issues.
