  BIDDING / Estimate / Design process (pre-construction)
  We solicited bids from four different companies. Each of them came out to view our kitchen and dining room and give us a bid on making one large kitchen, tearing down a non-load bearing wall. Two of those companies did not follow up. And today we decided to go with Solid Kitchen & Bath.
  Ike and Sirin have been prompt, communicative, upfront, realistic, creative, timely and available.
  We are about to start demo and i will follow up with how things go during construction and completion of the kitchen. We are excuted and hopeful.
