  nice quiet quaint but chic. And they have real cable. Unlike a lot of main stream hotels that only give a select number of the channels like a hospital. Routine security patrols through the parking lot by the police.

  TLDR: worth the price I paid for it which was about $55 a night through Priceline. This has all the basic amenities of a hotel; a bed, tv, AC, bathroom, fridge, microwave, and small stove top. No utensils are in the room, including a coffee maker. They must all be requested from the font desk. This used to be a smoking hotel, and you can tell as soon as you walk into your room. The first room they gave us did not have working AC/heat and a very dirty carpet that looked like it hadn't been changed since the place was built. The comforter was also dirty and had cigarette burns. The front desk was pretty helpful and friendly about it and switched us to another room. The second room was a lot better and looked more clean but still had a lingering smell of cigarettes. There are some good things about this hotel. The bed is softer than the floor. It's walking distance to a Shoppers grocery store and very close to a bus stop. It takes about 50 minutes to get to DC from here. Don't expect anymore than a $55 hotel when you stay here. If you want more out of your room other than a place to sleep, look elsewhere.

  This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The guy at the front counter was a jerk. Tried to ask him questions and he was very rude. The placed smelled really bad of smoke and pot. It was super gross inside our room, they were not clean. We stayed two nights and the maid never came between nights. You can also here everything from the other rooms and the heater is super loud. They also were suppose to have cooking utensils in the room and they did not. I would not recommend staying here at all.
