  I could not have been more satisfied with the prompt, informative and careful service we received. From the very first phone call Flood Smart handled my flooding issues with care. After calling major, well-known clean-up companies, I became frustrated when reaching automated systems which left me without answers. Concerned that my leaking sink would damage the condominium below I needed to act quickly. Thankfully I was able to reach a knowledgeable specialist that was ready to work within 2 hours! The entire condo was cleaned, sanitized, and emptied within 4 days. The men were polite , efficient, and respectful of my home. Thank you for the excellent service, the professionalism, follow-up, and attention to detail. I would recommend this company hands down above all others.
