  I rated it one star because I'm unsure of the quality of service. I ran over a nail and needed my tire patched. So, I made an appointment at 6:30pm and was told it should be ready between 7 and 7:15. I picked up my keys at 7:50 without a single person looking at it. So, if you are a fan of a nice cooled waiting room without actually having your car worked on than this is the place for you.
