  My fiance and I were visiting VA for the weekend for a wedding and decided to order take-out from Bolis back on September 17. We had ordered 2 XL cheese pizzas, an order of onion rings and garlic bread. The order was placed online at 12:45. At 2:28 PM we made a phone call to the store to inquire where are order was. We were told that the driver would be there in 5 minutes and at that time were told that are whole order would be credited. I have made inquiries for the past 3 weeks about a refund and kept getting the runaround. I was then also lied to saying that are order was delivered within 45 minutes when clearing we waited over an 1 hour and 45 minutes. I have not heard back from the manager regarding a refund nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. The food was COLD, the onion rings were soggy and so was the garlic bread. WORST EXPERIENCE visiting VA I have ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE safe yourself time and frustration and from SOGGY/COLD food.
