  I have been going back and forth about breast reduction surgery for years. I have suffered from back and neck pain for SO long but the thought of surgery always scared me. I tried every bra and even lost weight, but the pain and discomfort never went away. When I finally decided to have the surgery, I did my research for the right surgeon and all roads lead to Dr. Desman. I chose him because of all the amazing reviews I read and they were all absolutely right.
  
  Everyone at VCPS was helpful and professional from the moment you call to set up the consultation (especially Martha being as though she answered my hundreds or phone calls and questions leading up to surgery). Dr. Desman focused on me and listened to everything I wanted. He was very thorough from day one and always made sure to explain everything, step by step, to me and my mom. He told me exactly what to expect when I got to the hospital all the way to how I would feel after the surgery. And on the day of surgery he was patient and walked me through everything again.
  
  I’m currently 4 weeks post-op and I feel amazing! No sign of neck or back pain. I didn’t experience any pain after surgery, just soreness, which is way better than I expected. Scarring is very minimal. You can tell Dr. Desman took his time and was extremely neat. I feel so free and I would 100% do this again.
