  Horrible store. Do not go. I had to go there FOUR times in two days to get my issue resolved. The staff do not know what they are talking about and they charged my account for stuff they never told me about nor did I consent. It was not until I spoke with a rep over the phone at one of their call centers that they noticed this on the account and asked me if I consented. The rep helped lodge a complaint against this store with Corporate.
  Also, if you try to call the store, no one ever answers. It always goes to voicemail saying all reps were busy, however, when I walked in the store 2 minutes after getting off the phone with customer service, everyone was hanging out laughing with no customers in the store. There is no reason they could not pickup the phone.
