  Recently in 2016 l visited Dr. Mark Gordon's office.Dr. examined me and immediately said l needed two extract two wisdom teeth...chaching! When l called office the day before my appointment to possibly re- schedule for a time conflict l had...his wife, who handles front desk replied..."you are not giving us 24 hours notice, we'll have to charge you". I then explained, purely out of courtesy, l may be 5 or 10 minutes late, she said we cannot assure we can accomodate you. Well, next day l arrived on time. Waited to find out the dr tells me there seemed to be an issue about my dental insurance. I politely walked out of the office biding he and his wife adeiu.
  Waste of time and money. So unprofessional.
