  I gave them two stars because the price of the tires was excellent and their replacement of two of my tires was performed flawlessly. However, they quoted me a price and failed to explain that price included optional Road Hazard Warranty and rotation and balancing for the life of the tire. I didn't ask for these options and they charged me for them. Only after reviewing the final bill did I discover there options had been included. They reversed the charges, but they should not have been included without my consent. Additionally, while I was waiting they repeatedly tried to add additional repairs. They provided me a listing of dealer recommended repairs even though the car has been serviced by the dealer less than a week earlier. They also wanted me to replace the rear brake pads saying they were marginal at 2/32. The Honda Dealer told me to watch the brake pads as they were at 4/32 less than a week earlier. Watch your bills and be forewarned they will try to upsell their services.

  Under NEW new management.
  
  We needed some basics - synthetic oil change, tire rotation, wiper replacement, and check a slow leak in one tire.
  
  Kevin Knotts is the new Service Manager, and temporarily the overall store manager.
  
  We left our last "family owned" shop recently after discovering unethical behavior, so we're very cautious. Kevin is well aware of the industry's reputation, and is rightly proud of his loyal customer base at his previous locations.
  
  We're ready to give Kevin our business, and are happy to have a shop in walking distance that we trust.
  
  [Note on prices: anytime you have a national company, you are limited in the type of "haggling" you can do because ultimately they're working with policies set by corporate. That said, we find their prices are less than a dealer, and the convenience - and trust - worth the small premium were paying over a bargain-basement shop.]
